Muckets, Bummers and Minie Balls – Uniforms and Equipment of the Civil War Soldier

At 7 p.m., July 24^th, the Old Mill Museum, 366 Mill St, Ortonville, will host a program “Muckets, Bummers and Minie Balls – Uniforms and Equipment of the Civil War Soldier”.  Local residents John Fross and Alan Allgaier will present an up-close look at uniforms, equipment, weapons, and personal items used by soldiers during the American Civil War.   The program is free and light refreshments will be served.
