DESCRIPTION:Gather your girlfriends and dress up for this unique annual event. Wear your best witch costume and decorate your hat! It’s an evening (3 – 9 p.m.) filled with good food\, music\, and fun. It’s time to buy your hat and start decorating. The Old Mill hosts cackling and best-decorated hat contests. It’s a hoot!! \nRegistration for the Hat and Cackle Contest is 3:00 – 4:45 PM at the Old Mill Museum. \nContest begins at 5:00 PM in front of the Old Mill Museum. \nGuidelines: \n\nYou do not have to sign up for both the hat and cackle contests.\nYou must register to participate in the contest.\nYou may only choose one category in which to place your hat.\nIf you are not in front of the Old Mill Museum for the contest at 5 PM\, you forfeit your chance to participate.\n\nHat Categories: \n\nWicked – Spooky\, Creepy\, Bad Witch\, Scary\nOver the Top – Outrageous\, Excessive\, Exaggerated\nFairest in the Land – Fancy\, Beautiful\, Elegant\, Good Witch
