Old Mill Museum
The Old Mill has many exhibits and artifacts to peruse. There are four floors to the museum.

Mann School
Ortonville school house used from 1878-1943

Old Mill Blacksmith Shop
Replica built in 2020 with demonstrations

Main Floor
Original 1856 construction hand-hewn 14” beams from the trees on the Orton property
Store counter from local J.S. Smith General Store
Bank vault door from State Bank of Ortonville
1800’s kitchen, dining room, and parlor
Player piano
Demonstrations on the 100-year-old loom
A working replica of the Grist Mill/History of Amos Orton, founder of Ortonville
Museum Library- documentation of family histories, local obituaries, and local events.

Military Floor
Military exhibits of more than 100 items including local artifacts from the Civil War to current times.
